On the main floor, the hall, the living room and the dining room are on wood floors. The kitchen is in ceramic, with a long work surface, and it opens onto the living areas.
The primary bedroom is on the main floor and connects to its own bathroom, in ceramic, with a separate shower.
Upstairs, the family room measures 13 X 21. The second bedroom is for now open to it, with no partition between the two. A second bathroom completes the level.
The basement is unfinished. It measures roughly 24 X 32 and has its own outside entrance.
