TOWNHOUSES AND VILLAS - SOLVAMAR MACAO

The Residencial SOLVAMAR MACAO is located in the area of Playa Macao, just 3 minutes from the beach, in the province of La Altagracia, Dominican Republic, the project is composed of 13 villas of 120 m2, 126 townhouses of 60 m2 and two spaces common areas of more than 2,000 m2 in total. The project has the following elements depending on the type and phase:

GENERAL APPROACH VILLAS

The villas are two-storey buildings with parking in front. On the first level there is a living room, dining room and kitchen in a comfortable open space, as well as a powder room for the level and visitors.
