*Lease Assignment*. Lease Terms:
1) All lease offers are contingent upon a credit check, reference checks, an employment/income verification, and a criminal background check, all to the landlord's full satisfaction;
2) The tenant must provide the landlord with proof of $2 million in liability insurance upon signing the Lease Assignment agreement, valid for the entire term of the lease;
3) The tenant agrees to pay moving fees (move-in and move-out) to the property manager;
4) Move-in and move-out inspections: The tenant and the landlord must conduct an inspection at the beginning and end of the lease;
5) Pets are not allowed;
6) Smoking ...or vaping (tobacco, cannabis, or other substances) is prohibited in the unit and common areas;
8) Growing cannabis in the apartment is strictly prohibited;
9) Painting, renovating, or drilling holes in the walls is prohibited without the landlord's consent;
10) The tenant must comply with the condominium rules at all times. Any fines resulting from a violation of these rules will be the tenant's responsibility. All condominium rules must be signed;
11) The tenant will be responsible for any costs related to the loss or damage of keys,
remote controls, and access cards. These must be returned at the end of the lease;
