- No pets are permitted.
- Smoking, vaping, cannabis consumption or the use of any illegal drugs is strictly prohibited inside or outside the property.
- No subletting or short-term rentals (including Airbnb or similar platforms) are permitted without the landlord's prior written consent.
- The property will be delivered clean and in good condition and must be returned in the same condition at the end of the lease, normal wear and tear excepted.
- During the lease term, the tenant is responsible for replacing light bulbs as well as batteries for smoke detectors and the alarm system.
- Any clogged drain or plumbing caused by improper use shall be the tenant's responsibility.
- Any damage or repairs resulting from misuse of the property's equipment shall be at the tenant's expense. Repairs resulting from normal wear and tear shall remain the landlord's responsibility.
- If the lease is not renewed, the tenant agrees to allow property showings during the last two (2) or three (3) months of the lease with reasonable notice.
- Any installation or modification to the interior or exterior of the property requires the landlord's prior written approval.
- The tenant agrees to comply with the building regulations.
