The bright, open-plan first floor comprises the living room to the front, the kitchen and, to the rear, the dining room and powder room. A patio door leads to the terrace (made of concrete slabs), with partitions for added privacy. Upstairs are the 2
bedrooms, which are also very bright, the bathroom (bath/shower combo) and a good-sized storage area. The building and
condos have always been well maintained.
The rear part of the land, which is lower down, cannot be built on as it is a wetland.
As the co-ownership was created on 2024-09-24, some informations are not yet available. There also is no contingency fund yet.
Work carried out :
- 201...4: replacement of roof shingles
- 2014: installation of gutters (front and back of the building)
- 2016: new French drain
- 2017: cleaning and installation of a grating in gutters, miscellaneous maintenance work
- between 2018 and 2023 : the condo doors and windows have been replaced
- 2022: repair of parking lot, installation of a drain and construction of a rock wall to create a counter-slope.
- 2025: replacement of water heater
