TOWNHOUSES & VILLAS - SOLVAMAR MACAO

Residential SOLVAMAR MACAO is located in the Playa Macao area, just 3 minutes from the beach, in Punta Cana. The project is made up of 13 villas of 120 m², 126 townhouses of 60 m² and two common areas of more than 2,000 m² in total.

GENERAL APPROACH TO VILLAS: The villas are two-level buildings with parking in front. The first level consists of a living room, dining room and kitchen in an open and comfortable space, as well as a half bathroom. On the second floor, there is a corridor which gives access to a bathroom and two bedrooms, one bedroom with an internal bathroom. Also a space intended for either an office or a family room.

GENERAL APPROACH TO TOWNHOUSES: On the land, the construction of 126 townhouses in blocks of two semi-detached houses is proposed. They will have two levels each. The townhouses consist of a living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room on the ground floor, on the upper floor we will find a bedroom, bathroom and space for an office or family room. Likewise, one parking space is available per townhouse.

COMMON SPACES AND AMENITIES: The project consists of common areas such as green spaces; They are arranged in two sectors in the center of the project, thus ensuring accessibility to these spaces for all residents. The first recreational area has a multi-purpose sports field, as well as green spaces to provide spatial quality and create a cool microclimate that invites healthy living in the project. The second green area has an adult pool and a children's pool, a comfortable palapa area and tables with umbrellas to enjoy the ambiance. A recreational park has been created there, equipped with trees, shrubs, sidewalks and paths for common enjoyment.

Each building has household utilities of electricity, water and sewer. Electricity will have its own services in each apartment or house and a common service for common areas. Water and sewer provide a single common service for homes and common areas. In the general facilities of the project, there are the following:
