It is located in the most consolidated tourist center in the eastern zone of the Dominican Republic. The development is just a 12-minute walk from Playa Bávaro and 5-10 minutes from shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Additionally, it is located approximately 25 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport.

The starting price of these apartments is US$161,200. Facilities include swimming pool, gazebo, gym, lobby, solarium, security system and 3 elevators.
