The project is developed on a 45,000m2 plot, a few steps from Juanillo beach, which, unlike many other projects, allows for numerous amenities in the common areas. Among them we highlight:

CLOSING/PURCHASE PROCESS

The form of payment is the following:

US$5,000 to reserve

Upon signing the promise of sale contract, 25% is completed (max 30 days after the reservation).

55% during construction (monthly, quarterly payments...)

20% on delivery (Foreseen February 2025)
