The Pointe at Davidson is a spectacular riverfront property pointing south down the river with Lac Coulonge to the west, which is one of the widest expanses of the Ottawa River, and a sheltered bay on the east side. The west side offers a limestone shale beach and large flat limestone shelves with comfortable access to wonderful swimming. The east side is thick sand and a narrow beach. The bay is calm enough for landing float planes. The land is high and dry and and has never flooded. It is a little more than half an acre, treed with mature oaks, pine and cedar, has beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Access is a Right of Way protected by Quebec law through the Esprit parking lot at the end of
Chemin Esprit.

There is also boat access at a large old pier attached to the property on the calm bay side. It
needs repair. The public dock in Davidson is 5 minutes away. La Passe is a 20 minute boat
ride away.
