Log cabin built in 1986 and completely renovated in 2006. The chalet has 2 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bedrooms in the basement and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a garage.

Chalet Ste-Marguerite River Chalet / Chalet Rivière aux Rochers
Two identical chalets (Timerframe structure) built in 2010. Their layout is identical. Each chalet has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Chalet Matamek / Chalet Manitou
Two 2 semi-detached cottages (Timerframe structure) built in 2012. Their layout is identical: a door connects the 2 cottages to be used for groups of several people. Each chalet has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

In 2016, the owners had a study carried out for the possible construction of a resourcing center (spa, sauna, hamman, massage therapy, etc.) in the field behind the chalets.
