CREATING AN ACCOUNT ALLOWS:
I was born in Rouyn-Noranda in Abitibi-Témiscamingue and came to Outaouais in 1995. I completed high-school and got my junior college diploma from Collège de l’Outaouais. I then attended Université du Québec à Gatineau and achieved a bachelor degree in business administration with a finance major, in 2003. Wanting to be independent, I joined Clarica, a company in the finance industry, and now called SunLife. They welcomed me in their sales team and I held a position as financial security advisor and mutual funds representative. In order to get licences required to work in that field, I followed an intensive training course given by Autorité des marchés financiers.
After being designated recruit of the year in 2004, I realized that the financial field was unfortunately not for me and that I had to reconsider my career objectives. I loved working with people and I very much wanted to be self-employed and develop my full potential as a salesman. That is when I decided to follow into my father's steps and undertook the training to be a real estate agent, which I achieved in 2005. In 2010, I became a chartered real estate broker after taking successfully the OACIQ training.
Follwing are some of my achiements:
I chose to be a real estate broker for three main reasons. The first is that I can work with people and help them achieve their big dream of owning a home. Moreover, I wanted to work in an industry that I liked and real estate has always been part of my life. As my father had been in real estate for several years and as I had started to invest in real estate since I was 18, it was almost in the cards that I was going to be a real estate broker myself one day. Finally, I wanted to have full control over my future, to achieve my full potential while doing something positive for my community, which is what I can do as a real estate broker.
People know me as a very energetic, passionate and dedicated individual. When I engage into a real estate transaction, I am determined to succeed and to have a win-win situation for all parties involved. Being part of a team increases my availabilty to meet my customers' needs. The process of buying or selling a home requires complex skills and I can make the process more simple and a positive experience for you.
Buying a home is one of the most important investment in your life and should therefore be one of your best experiences.
