Via Capitale has added the QCS program offered by the Fédération des chambres immobilières du Québec to its ongoing training program.

The QCS program aims to enhance the credibility of real estate professionals and increase consumer confidence in them. The program allows Via Capitale brokers to acquire specific skills based on the best practices to adopt in their field.

First, the QCS certified broker takes the training course and then commits to following client service trade practices in the real estate field. To hold on to the title, the broker must maintain a superior client satisfaction rating.

In a word, the QCS is the real estate equivalent of ISO certification.

Satisfaction measured by a survey

After each real estate transaction, an independent research firm sends the client the QCS survey. The answers to the survey measure the client’s level of satisfaction with the services provided by the broker. The surveys are compiled to determine the broker’s client satisfaction index and to maintain the broker’s certification.
