In fact, according to a Léger survey, Via Capitale brokers have such a high customer satisfaction rate that clients do not hesitate to recommend them to their acquaintances. We are proud of this distinct advantage, which generates a number of additional sales each year.


According to Centris data, between 2010 and 2015, Via Capitale had the highest growth rate in terms of the number of listings per broker, at 41.7%, and sales rates per broker, at 26%.


Obviously these results reflect the hard work of our brokers, as well as the coaching, training and exclusive programs that we offer them.


Whether it be our 12-week training program or the OACIQ certified continuing education that we offer for free, the Via Protections program and the Via Images search engine, our strategies on the web and the social media, we allow our brokers to offer their clients a different, useful and customized service.

Marketing

At Via Capitale, we believe in the importance of being seen and recognized by our current and future clients.

That’s why we invest a large part of our annual budget in publicity in the mass media, whether it is in our advertising campaigns or as part of the Grande guignolée des médias. In this way, we ensure a strong media presence throughout the year, which contributes to increasing the brand’s reach. By joining our team, you can also benefit from this great visibility!



Via capitale is one of the three major partners of the Grande guignolée des médias.

A natural association for the banner given the very humane vocation of the cause. The national awareness and scope of the Grande guignolée des médias also provides the banner with substantial visibility.

In terms of involvement, all Via Capitale offices join forces for the month preceding the holidays by becoming collection points for donations and food. Training and coaching

Via Capitale focuses a great deal on coaching and training its brokers so that they keep up on market trends, changing consumer needs and the tools offered by the banner.

3Programs
have been set up by the franchisor and are offered to Via Capitale brokers for free.


Integration day

This training allows new Via Capitale brokers to discover the banner’s programs and tools and to get sound advice to start their new career.


Via coach

Training program over 12 weeks that allows brokers to learn and/or increase their knowledge of sound financial management, converting contacts into potential clients, negotiating and market practices.


(18 CEU certified by the OACIQ)

  • 12 CEU in specialized content
  • 6 CEU in fundamental content

These training sessions allow our brokers to keep informed on several subjects related to real estate, such as new real estate case law or new housing trends.

Our unique and exclusive protections program allows Via Capital brokers to back their turnkey service offer and their promise to guide the client, even after the transaction.


HOMEBUYER PROTECTION
Service that covers the buyer by offsetting the costs of repairs due to a defect or sudden breakdown of the electrical appliances and the plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.


HOMEOWNER PROTECTION
Service that protects the homeowner-seller if the promising buyer withdraws.


LEGAL ASSISTANCE
Free telephone service that offers legal information provided by a lawyer in several fields of law, including housing, family, work, estate, health, etc. All clients eligible for the Homeowner Protection and Homebuyer Protection benefit from this service.


MORTGAGE PROTECTION
Service that protects the buyer in case of accidental death or for an involuntary loss of employment that lasts for more than 30 days.
