The lobby is located on the east side near the garage: large entrance hall leads you to the part of the house reserved for the owners(ground level), the part reserved for the location(garden level) or in the garage. The main rooms of the ground floor (kitchen, dining room and living room) are open plan and they allow you to enjoy the magnificent view throughout the day. The living room and dining room are fenestrated and cathedral ceiling adds to the impression of space that emerges from these rooms: access to the large terrace via the patio door. The kitchen is modern and very functional with its central island: you can prepare your favorite meals by having an unobstructed view of the entire village of Baie St-Paul and the mountains.
