Description

Building sits on a 6" concrete slab. 5 offices of approximately 800 sq.ft, one is converted to a furnished apartment. 3 other appts occupied by long-term stable tenants. Second story contains owner's apartment approximately 2,000 sq. ft including the balcony. --air conditioners belongs to building owner. Tenants supplies their own appliances. Owner apartment: wall oven, glass cooktop, Kitchen was custom designed by Des Laurier Cabinets of Ontario,granite topped peninsula, lighted glass display cabinet.Reconstruction appraisal for insurance purposes 2015 and estimated cost of the building alone (excluding the 2 garages) at $1.4 million.
