In Montreal (Pointe-aux-Trembles), well maintained quadruplex renovated over the years. Good income with stable tenants. Large condo style appartment that will be available to the buyer or to rent. Nice yard with mature trees. The building has a lot of parking spaces. See addendum for more.


Great 4plex. The neighbor is a fur trade warehouse, so little traffic. The building has 3 appartments, a 6 ½, a 5 ½, 4 ½ and commercial space.
