Orientation to the sun in the afternoon which offers a beautiful luminosity. The condo features a separate living room, the dining room and kitchen. The bedroom is a good size. In the bathroom, we find the washer and dryer facilities. The condo comes with stove and refrigerator that are recent.

Windows were changed by the co-ownership.

In addition, the condo has a storage space in the unit. There is a parking space which is cleared of snow in winter.

The building is safe, it is equipped with sprinklers and isolation between neighbors.

About the neighborhood:

Most services are within walking distance: medical clinic, dental care, banks, shopping center, supermarket, restaurants, etc. There are many parks nearby. You'll find the arena and Daniel-Johnson Park has many sports facilities, tennis courts, running track, soccer fields and baseball.

Transportation is easy by bus or car. The bus stop is at the corner and we reached the metropolitan motorway in less than 2 minutes by car.
