Built in 2006, this log home was enlarged 100% in 2010.It has two wood fireplaces, one is slow-cumbustion. The main living and dining rooms have a great cathedral ceiling with nice wood beams lighted by discrete directional lights. A large patio door opens to a 45 ft X 12 ft terrace with a superb view of the surrounding mountains, including the ski trais on Mont-Blanc. The contemporary styled semi-professional kitchen blends very well with the rustic logs,it has quartz counter tops and a granit counter top for the central "ilot" wich includes a sink. The water quality is exceptional. The basement includes a home-cinema and a pool-room, it has a direct entrance from outside.The driveway is lighted by three lamp-posts. A very nice stone firepit and patio including a nice discrete lighting system areperfectly suited for stargazing and marshmallows.This chalet was never rented, and is very well maintained.
