At Ste-Sophie, large 4 bedrooms cottage with double garage. Recent construction on a large wooded lot. Beautiful site in the middle of nature that assures you privacy. The house has an exceptional brightness thanks to its many windows. See addendum for more.


About the property:

All rooms are good sized and have good brightness. The floors are made of wood or ceramic. There are many storage spaces. The living areas are thought to be convenient and user friendly.

On the ground floor is a large living room and a dining room that can accommodate many guests. A lovely gas fireplace with three sides divides the two parts. There is the huge kitchen which has many cabinets. Also, there is a restroom and a space for an office wich gives direct access to the double garage from the inside. Ideal for lovers of the outdoors, looking for an upmarket area. Nearby are two schools, a park with playground, lakes, hospital, etc. Within a 10 minute drive you can reach the train. Privileged sector of Ste-Sophie wich is less than 10 minutes from Highway 15 and all services.
