Whether it is as a get away cottage or your main residence, it is strategically located beside the Ironman bike course, the Scandinave SPA, the river and canoe kayak descent on La Diable.


Well maintained and well divided property, it offers 3 bedrooms on the top floor and one on ground level in the apartment.This fall, roof shingles to be changed and also staining of the deck.

Due to the slope of the lot, the main level is elevated, allowing the basement to be walk-out terrace level and the top floor at tree tops and its nice green foliage.

2 of the 3 bedrooms have high 8'1" windows allowing a clear view on the stars, and by fall and winter, a clear view of the Manitou golf course and surrounding mountains.The large bathroom has a corner bathtub and a large ceramic shower (4'x 5'1") + 2 sinks. Laundry chute in the hallway.

On the main floor, a closed-in entrance and corridor lead to an open concept of the living room, dining room and kitchen area. There is also an office and powder room on this floor.The Bis fireplace is linked to the forced air furnace.
