Lac Xavier WATERFRONT on motorized lake in La Conception, this property has a very good quality of construction and durable materials. Since the cottage was rebuilt in 2007, you benefit from a recent construction with a unobstructed view on the lake! This is RARE with a recent construction. Also has a sandy beach. The workshop area also is the laundry room (with slop sink) and a small office space if you really need to work!

Inside walls and separating floors have insulation for fire and noise reduction.

Outside, on the main floor a large balcony gives you a super view on the lake and Under, you have a covered terrace protecting you from the rain and cobblestones.Outdoor spa on the side of the house.And an additional area to relax is on the 16 x 16 dock.

The municipal assessment does not seem to take in consideration the quality of construction and the unobstructed view on the lake, almost impossible now-a-days with new construction on a lake!
