Description

In Charlemagne in the project of the Manors, large condo of two rooms with two spaces of parking. Recent construction with high ceilings for more space. The rooms are of good size. They have an abundant fenestration and a beautiful luminosity. See addenda for more.

About the condo:

Located on the 3rd and last floor of the complex. The common areas are very clean. The unit has no carpet. It is an open concept concept including the living room with gas fireplace, dining room and kitchen. Access to the large balcony from the dining room.

A little further on there is a large bathroom with separate shower and podium bath. And finally, the two rooms which are vast. Each room has its own large walk-in closet.

There is plenty of storage space scattered throughout the condo. In addition, there is an individual storage locked in the basement. There is a space to park your bikes outside.

Property requiring little maintenance. Beautiful quality construction.

About the neighborhood:

Located in Charlemagne on a dead end, so a very quiet street. It is a homogeneous sector. It is located near major roads (40 and 640), but also near the Le Gardeur bridge and the eastern train station to facilitate access to Montreal. Not far away are several shops and services: restaurants, supermarket, renovation center, etc.
