About the house:

House in good condition with a beautiful light. You will just need to place your furniture.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with big windows, kitchen and dining room have been renovated this year. There is a nice wooden central counter and many cabinets. You'll find 3 good size bedrooms and a bathroom. In addition to the entry at the front there is an door which opens into the stairwell of the basement on the side of the house.

In the basement, there is a large family room with fireplace. A large workshop with many storage spaces, a tank and cedar wardrobes. There is also a bathroom and a laundry room.
