Recently built, it is a true turnkey property. All rooms are of good size. The floors are made of engineered wood or ceramic, and there are no carpets. The condo has plenty of storage space. Soundproofing is superior. The condominium corporation is well run and the owners are quiet.

There is a lobby where you will find a room used for laundry. The living room and dining room are open plan configuration and have several windows that overlook the woods opposite. You will also find the golf, many shops, services and restaurants, highways 335, 640 and 19. Laval is accessed easily via the bridge 335.
