Addenda

-About the unit.-

The condo has a modern and clean look. It features a gas fireplace. There is also a large balcony with gas connection for BBQ, a heat pump and a sprinkler system. Appliances, left as inclusions are all high quality products (Jenn-Air, Cavavin, etc.). There also has recessed and automated blinds.

Corner unit with large windows in every room. This is an open concept including the living room, kitchen and dining room. All the rooms are good size.

The floors are made of cork or ceramic and there is no carpet. The floors are heated in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The cabinets and cupboards have been made by a cabinetmaker and counters are made of quartz. You can use a gas stove, as the required is provided.

The owner has left no detail to chance. He enlarge the master bedroom. It overlooks the second chamber by retractable doors. In both rooms there are walk-ins.

The bathroom is superb. There is a separate glass shower and the sound system is integrated in the room.

The condo has a "locker" on the same floor as the two indoor parking spaces.

-About the belvedere.-

The building is equipped with video surveillance and magnetic keys.

On the top floor is a huge outdoor terrace with fireplace and views of 360 degrees. There is a superb indoor pool with spa and gym. Then there is a large reception room with pool table and stove that you can use to host your guests. The river view is breathtaking.

-About the neighborhood.-

In the center of Repentigny. At a street corner are the marina and several restaurants. Blvd. Brien, the ''Galeries Rive-Nord'' and Highway 40 galleries are less than 5 minutes.
